Service scope
FinnAgent Customer Support AI Agent supports AI-assisted customer support workflows such as chat, email review, knowledge grounding, and human handoff. FinnAgent Personal AI Assistant Agent is available as an early-access design partner track.
Acceptable use
Users must not use FinnAgent to submit unlawful content, abuse third-party systems, impersonate others, bypass security controls, or process sensitive information without proper business approval and legal basis.
AI output
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific context. Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts and deciding when human approval is required.
Accounts and tenant access
Workspace owners are responsible for invited users, role assignments, support access approvals, and the content uploaded or connected to their tenant.
Billing
Private-beta pricing, invoices, taxes, refunds, cancellations, and payment processor terms are confirmed during onboarding before paid production use begins.
