What FinnAgent is
FinnAgent provides FinnAgent Customer Support AI Agent workflows for support teams and offers an early-access path for FinnAgent Personal AI Assistant Agent workflows. Customer support workflows may process customer conversations, support emails, knowledge sources, workspace settings, and account data.
Data categories
- Account data such as name, email, role, tenant, and authentication state.
- Workspace data such as widget settings, knowledge sources, support conversations, and email logs.
- Operational data such as audit logs, diagnostics, security events, and usage metrics.
- Contact data submitted by public visitors who request a demo or design partner discussion.
AI transparency
AI may help draft answers, summarize content, or recommend next actions. Users should review AI output before relying on it for sensitive, contractual, medical, legal, financial, or regulated decisions.
EU and GDPR-aware design
FinnAgent is designed with GDPR-aware workflows, including data minimization, tenant scoping, data rights support, and clear AI disclosure patterns. Controller/processor roles, subprocessors, retention periods, and transfer terms are confirmed for each production customer agreement.
Sensitive information
Users should not enter sensitive information into AI workflows unless their organization has approved the use case and confirmed the appropriate legal basis.
